Medical Disclaimer
Effective date: 29 September 2026
The information and programmes offered by Rhubarb Group Pty Ltd (ABN 58 653 651 855), the company behind Dee Zibara, are for general education and wellbeing. They are not medical care. This disclaimer covers our website, members area, programmes, coaching, emails, social media, podcasts, and tools such as our AI meal planner.
1. General information, not medical advice
Everything we publish or provide is general in nature. It isn’t medical advice, and it isn’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. It doesn’t replace an assessment by your doctor or another registered health professional who knows your history.
2. We don’t provide medical services
Our programmes focus on nutrition, movement, nervous-system regulation, mindset and lifestyle. We don’t diagnose medical conditions, and we don’t prescribe or change medication. If we discuss test results you choose to share with us, we do so for education only. Your doctor remains responsible for interpreting them.
Keep seeing your doctor for your usual care. Keep taking any prescribed medication unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
3. Check with your doctor first
Before you start a programme, or change your diet, exercise, supplements or lifestyle, speak with your doctor if you:
- are pregnant, trying to conceive, breastfeeding, or up to six weeks post-partum;
- take prescription medication, including hormonal contraception or medication for blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid conditions or mental health;
- have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, a thyroid, kidney or liver condition, or another chronic illness;
- have, or have had, an eating disorder or disordered eating;
- are recovering from surgery, illness or injury; or
- have unexplained symptoms such as chest pain, dizziness or fainting.
If your health changes during a programme, check with your doctor again.
4. Nutrition, calorie ranges and the AI meal planner
Nutrition guidance, meal plans and calorie ranges are estimates designed for healthy adults. Individual needs vary, and calorie estimates can differ by 20–30% between people.
Our AI meal planner creates suggestions automatically. It can make mistakes, and it doesn’t know your full health history. Check every suggestion for allergies and intolerances, and don’t follow any plan that doesn’t suit you.
5. Exercise
All exercise carries a risk of injury. Start at a level that suits you and use correct technique. Stop straight away if you feel pain, chest discomfort, dizziness or shortness of breath, and seek medical help if symptoms continue.
6. Supplements, teas, detox and other products
Any supplement, tea, detox protocol or other product we mention or sell is intended to support general wellbeing. It isn’t a substitute for medical treatment. Some products aren’t suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with certain medications or conditions. Read the label and ask your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Products such as water ionisers are sold for general household use. We don’t claim that they treat or prevent any disease.
7. Fertility, pregnancy and hormonal health
Information about menstrual cycles, hormones, fertility and pregnancy is general education. It doesn’t guarantee conception or any hormonal outcome. It isn’t a substitute for care from your GP, gynaecologist, fertility specialist or midwife.
8. Eating disorders and mental health
If you have, or think you may have, an eating disorder, please get support before following any nutrition or exercise plan. In Australia, you can contact the Butterfly Foundation on 1800 33 4673.
If you are in distress, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 in Australia, or your local crisis line.
9. Results vary
Testimonials describe individual experiences. Results depend on many factors, including your health, circumstances and consistency. We don’t guarantee any particular outcome.
10. Guests, experts and outside content
Guest experts, podcast hosts and other contributors share their own views, and we don’t necessarily endorse them. Any registered health professional among them remains responsible for their own advice. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.
11. Emergencies
If you have a medical emergency, call 000 in Australia (or your local emergency number) immediately. Don’t use our website, email or messages for urgent health concerns.
12. How this fits with our other terms
This disclaimer forms part of our Website Terms of Use. If you join a programme, our Programme Terms also apply. Nothing in this disclaimer limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that can’t be excluded.
